GLORIOUS LLC is an eCommerce startup specializing in PC Gaming accessories & peripherals. We are currently seeking remote Tier 1 Customer Service Agents to handle customer support tickets for an e-commerce website.
This position will encompass:
- Ticketing responses
- Live chat
- Social media support
Job Requirements and Details
- Our available hours are US business hours, evening hours, and weekends.
- We ask that candidates be available during some evening and weekend shifts.
- ~8 hours available each day of agreed-upon schedule to dedicate to work
- Must be fluent in English in typing and speaking.
- Comfortable with English culture, phrases, and word usage.
- Pay between $850 and $1500 USD per month and highly dependant on location, availability, and experience.
These are not required to obtain the position, but will help:
- PC gamer with a working knowledge of various PC games, and the PC gaming industry.
- CRM experience is strongly desired
