GLORIOUS LLC is an eCommerce startup specializing in PC Gaming accessories & peripherals. We are currently seeking remote Tier 1 Customer Service Agents to handle customer support tickets for an e-commerce website.

This position will encompass:

  • Ticketing responses
  • Live chat
  • Social media support

Job Requirements and Details

  • Our available hours are US business hours, evening hours, and weekends.
    • We ask that candidates be available during some evening and weekend shifts.
    • ~8 hours available each day of agreed-upon schedule to dedicate to work
  • Must be fluent in English in typing and speaking.
  • Comfortable with English culture, phrases, and word usage.
  • Pay between $850 and $1500 USD per month and highly dependant on location, availability, and experience.

Additional Preferences

These are not required to obtain the position, but will help:

  • PC gamer with a working knowledge of various PC games, and the PC gaming industry.
  • CRM experience is strongly desired
