Customer Success Manager

Kuebix’s Customer Success Managers (CSM) are essential members of the Customer Services Group. This group has two main teams, a Customer Success team and a Customer Support team. This role resides on the Customer Success side. The CSM ensures the customer is satisfied with the service and product, helps promote product adoption and value attainment, and focuses on enhancing the overall user experience with Kuebix.

As CSM, you will:

  • Work closely with the customers to ensure they are achieving their desired outcome with their Kuebix solution.
  • Facilitate and often lead the implementation efforts around product changes and user acceptance testing.
  • Hold regular check ins with customers and conduct business reviews (as needed).
  • Monitor key triggers and conducts necessary reach outs.
  • Promote adoption and awareness of Kuebix’s core features and functions.
  • Support and drive system configuration needs and provide recommendations to customers.
  • On-board new customers and provide ongoing training to existing customers.
  • Operate collaboratively to solve internal and external challenges.
  • Identify support trends, recommends and spearhead process and operational improvements.
  • Collaborate with sales and product development to provide insight into customer challenges, feedback and potential upsell opportunities.
  • Maintain and update critical customer success activity within CRM database.
  • Monitor customer activity, usage and establish action plans to drive adoption.
  • Act as the first point of escalation for the support team.
  • Drive renewals, sales order deliveries, and above average Net Promoter Scores.

  • Ability to manage, execute, and follow through with multiple tasks.
  • Ability to communicate ideas, solutions and information in user-friendly language.
  • Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Supply chain experience a plus.
  • Knowledge of SalesForce.com platform and project manager experience a plus.
