What You Will Be Doing
– Develop relationships with existing customers to boost customer retention
– Responsible for account renewals
– Keep in touch with customers to understand any obstacles with renewals
– Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities with existing accounts
– Partner with other teams in negotiating renweal rates
– Drive product adoption within customers
What You Need for this Position
Must have skills for this job:
– BA/BS or equivalent 4 year college degree MBA preferred
– 3+ years sales experience, preferably in SaaS or large Enterprises
– Must be metric driven and have experience in a quota-carrying position
– Experience managing full sales cycle
– Client management / relationship management
