About the Role

Truepic is looking for a product designer to help create simple, elegant, and intuitive interfaces for our core commercial product, Truepic Vision. Tens of thousands of end customers capture verified, authentic images each month through our award winning camera technology, Controlled Capture, and our Vision platform helps businesses make critical decisions every day.

As a member of our product team, you’ll be working closely with teammates across the entire company to brainstorm, create, and launch each phase of the product’s growth. Utilizing your full range of product design, interaction design, and visual design skills, you will help deliver value that will dramatically impact a businesses ability to make critical decisions based on authentic photos and videos. This is a full time, remote position.


  • Contribute to all phases of the design process from research, wireframing and prototyping, to design execution and documentation
  • Closely collaborate with engineering, product and business folks to find elegant, but practical solutions to design challenges
  • Explore and communicate user experiences across different platforms, including iOS, Android and Web
  • Balance working on multiple projects at once, applying yourself to a variety of contexts in parallel
  • Organize, update, and maintain product design system
  • Cross functional team communication and collaboration
  • Adhere to design system and brand guidelines across all design projects

About You

You will succeed in this role if you posess:

  • Strong interface design experience
  • Experience translating brand & visual identity to front end designs in a cohesive and thoughtful manner
  • Enthusiasm for iterative design process with the ability to rapidly ideate, respond to feedback, and deliver polished designs
  • Experience working on both b2b and consumer facing products across multiple platforms
  • Able to function independently and within a team environment with excellent collaboration skills
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in product design and/or UX/UI design using Figma and/or Sketch
  • Design system centered approach to building experiences. You love creating modular and smart interfaces that reduce complexity and fragmentation
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary team
  • Ability to receive critique gracefully and provide thoughtful critique to others
  • Have proven design experience shipping iterative products, and understand what it takes to create valuable and meaningful experiences
  • Have a people-focused design mentality
  • Attention to detail with engineering implementation, and the ability to integrate into engineering and QA processes to ensure high-quality execution
  • Animation experience is a plus, but not a requirement
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, growing, start-up enviornment is also a plus
