The Quality Audit Professional 2 analyzes and investigates quality issues. The Quality Audit Professional 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.
This position is responsible to lead and direct process improvement activities that provide more efficient and streamlined workflow. Develop plans for compliance to SeniorBridge standards, policies and related regulatory bodies in collaboration with the senior management team. Must be knowledgeable with all applicable laws and regulations to which we may be subject to.
The position includes responsibility for quality management and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements:
Recommends and assists in the development of policies and procedures to assure that the provision of clinical services meets company, state and government; Develop clinical forms to be used in clinical records that would demonstrate all the care management activities being rendered and also that meet regulatory requirements Be knowledgeable on state & federal regulations (CHAP) that are applicable to SB; assist as needed with completion of initial and renewal home care licenses Establish standards and criteria for audits of client/personnel records to assess quality and compliance to state and government regulations Analyze and aggregate clinical and personnel data from audit results Oversees corrective action process subsequent to substandard audit results, which may include process analysis and modification, remedial education and possible initiation of disciplinary actions. Prepare reports and present to Senior Management Team May participate in the hiring and orientation of clinical staff at the request of Senior Management Performs other duties and activities as may be assigned by the Company.
- Minimum of five years experience in licensed home care or related field, at least three of which should have been in a progressive management capacity.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license without restrictions
- A communicator, with effective leadership skills
- Comprehensive experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
